Θέμα: Πρώτη δίκη και καταδίκη για λεσβοφοβία
Καταδικάστηκε σήμερα από το Γ´ Τριμελές Εφετείο Πλημμελημάτων Αθηνών άτομο για εξύβριση λεσβίας, επειδή την αποκάλεσε "διεστραμμένη" και "ψυχανώμαλη" που "δεν σέβεται την γυναικεία φύση, άρα ούτε και την αλήθεια".
Πρόκειται για πρωτόδικη καταδίκη σε έξι μήνες φυλάκιση με τριετή αναστολή.
Μια ιστορική απόφαση για την Ελληνική Δικαιοσύνη. 'Οπου διευκρινίστηκε ότι καμιά και κανείς δεν έχει δικαίωμα να αποκαλεί μια λεσβία (άρα οποιοδήποτε ομοερωτικό πρόσωπο) ως "ψυχανώμαλη" ή "διεστραμμένη", γιατί πια οι όροι αυτοί σήμερα είναι εξυβριστικοί.
Ακολουθεί σχετικό απόσπασμα από δελτίο τύπου του Ελληνικού Παρατηρητηρίου των Συμφωνιών του Ελσίνκι:
.... “Ο Κώστας Πλεύρης καταδικάστηκε γιατί, στις 16 Ιουλίου 2008 ως εγκαλούμενος επέδωσε εξώδικη «Δήλωση ενώπιον του κ. Εισαγγελέως Πλημμελειοδικών Αθηνών» (!!), στην οποία αναφερόταν στην Andrea Gilbert ως «αντικοινωνικό στοιχείο» και ως «καυχωμένη ότι εκπροσωπεί τας ομοφυλοφίλους γυναίκας, δηλαδή πρόκειται περί ψυχανωμάλου γενετησίου διεστραμμένου προσώπου, τον οποίον αφού δεν σέβεται την γυναικείαν φύσιν του δεν σέβεται και την αλήθειαν».1 Για την πρώτη δίκη (και καταδίκη) για ομοερωτοφοβία στην Ελλάδα θα εκδοθεί αναλυτικό δελτίο τύπου συνεργαζόμενων ΜΚΟ καθώς και για δεύτερη ανάλογη δίκη με κατηγορούμενο πάλι τον Κώστα Πλεύρη που θα γίνει στις 11 Νοεμβρίου 2011 πάλι στο Γ’ Τριμελές Εφετείο Αθηνών”.

Subject: Trial and conviction against lesbofobia for the 1st time in Greece
The 3rd three membered Court of Appeal of Athens has convicted today a person for vilification against a lesbian, for caliing her a "pervert" and "mentally deranged" and "not respecting her female nature and thus the truth".
This is a first instance conviction to six months imprisonment with a three year suspension. It is a historical decision for the Greek Justice. It was specified in the Court that no woman or man has the right to call a lesbian (and thus any person of LBTIQ sexual orientation ) a "pervert" or a "mentally deranged", because nowadays these terms are invective.
Below follows a relative quotation of a Press Release of the Greek Monitor of the Helsinki Agreements:
"Kostas Pleuris has been convicted because in July 16th 2008 as an impugned has delivered an extrajudicial "Statement before the Public Prosecutor of Athens(!!), with which he was refering to Andrea Gilbert as an "antisocial person" and as "vaunting that she represents lesbians (homosexual women) and thus she is a sexually and mentally deranged person that since she does not respect her female nature, she does not respect the truth". 1 A network of collaborating NGO’s will publish an analytical Press Release both for the first trial (and conviction) against lesbophobia in Greece and for a second relative trial against again Kostas Pleuris that will take place again at the 3rd three membered Court of Appeal of Athens in November 11th 2011.
